I am developing a mobile application. The application will focus on prayer times, religious reminders, and similar Islamic content. In this context, I am considering using the API services you provide in my application. However, before integration, I would like to clarify a few points.

In order to be clear and avoid any misunderstandings, I kindly request detailed information regarding the following questions:

If I use your API, will I need to pay any copyright fees, license fees, or usage charges?

Would the presence of advertisements within the application or earning revenue from the application create any copyright or licensing issues related to the use of your API?

Is there any special permission, agreement, or paid plan required for commercial use?

If you offer paid services, packages, or limitations (such as request limits, feature differences, etc.), could you please provide detailed information about them?

Since your questions concerns Kipchak and Islamic Network services, I'll split the answer up. Please note these answers are relevant as of the time of this writing.

Kipchak

The Kipchak framework is available under the MIT License along with a set of Open Sourced Drivers and Middleware also licensed under MIT. These tools are free to use under the terms of the MIT License. There are Enterprise Drivers, Middleware and Capabilities. These are not available without a contract with Mamluk LLC and are thus not available for use for free or under an open license.

Islamic Network Services

APIs, websites and CDN content made available under the Islamic Network name and the websites that operate under it are available for use freely. The terms of use are on the websites, respectively, and where this code is made available it is done so under the LGPL License.

All APIs have a rate limit documented on https://community.islamic.network/d/2-is-there-a-rate-limit-on-the-apis.

Premium hosting is available for these services with different rate limits and other add-ons, but these details are not made available publicly.
