Before his demise, Luqmān al-Hakīm (the wise) handed a sealed envelope to his heirs and said:
“All my secrets are in this envelope. When my limited breaths come to an end (when I pass away), call the wise people, open this envelope, and auction my secrets. Whatever amount it fetches, deliver it to my children and heirs.”
Upon his passing, they opened the envelope and found his advice that read:
“Keep your feet warm, your head cool; find yourself a job, don’t overthink.”
