Decoding Ayah Text

If I decode the text of the ayah I still get strange symbols.
Is there someone who can tell me how to decode exactly?
I'm using .NET MAUI by the way (c#).

Besides this I'm wondering how to deal with fonts? Are there different fonts? Like Uthmani etc?

You need make sure the character set is utf8, not iso8601.
