mylab4492 Correct. This seems to be a problem in the sub-continent in general as Cellular network providers appear to be using NAT Gateways for outgoing requests - which means potentially hundreds of users having the same IP address for outgoing calls.
There is currently no way to fix this problem other than just removing the rate limit and adding hundreds of servers. I have increased the rate limit a bit, but as long as this is an unpaid service, this problem may not go away.
I am working on a change to be able to increase the rate limit, but it will take a few days.
