I am developing Nameer (Android package com.nameer.quran), a free Quran application. We would like to use Al Quran Cloud / Islamic Network recitation audio through your API/CDN.
The app will show an AdMob banner on its home screen. Recitation access is free: no subscription, purchase or rewarded-ad viewing is required. Users can stream audio, save surahs in private device storage, and replay them offline. We display the reciter's name and credit your service. We do not resell recordings or operate an audio mirror.
Your terms allow commercial bundling but also describe non-commercial redistribution and retained reciter rights. Please confirm whether this exact use, including permanent local downloads, is permitted. Which reciters or editions require separate permission? Does your authorization cover the underlying recording rights, or should we contact individual owners? Please identify any restrictions, required attribution and removal procedure.
We would appreciate written confirmation we can retain with our release documentation. If any editions are excluded, we will remove them or seek permission from their owners.
