I am currently developing an app called Azan Pro. The app is built specifically to calculate and notify users of local prayer times. To keep the user experience completely clean and focused, the app is entirely free, features no ads, and contains no in-app purchases.
As we prepare for our Store release, we want to bundle high-quality Adhan audio files directly inside the application package (such as the Makkah or Madinah recitations available on your "Download Adhans" page). This ensures that the notification alarms play locally and reliably on the user's phone, even when they are completely offline, without needing to stream media from your CDN.
To ensure our launch is fully compliant with your guidelines and copyright policies, could you kindly help clarify:
1- Offline Bundling Permission: Are we permitted to package and ship one or more of these Adhan audio files directly inside our local app assets for offline playback?
2- Attribution Preference: We would love to show our appreciation. Is attribution required or preferred for these files? If so, is there a specific credit format or link to AlAdhan.com/Islamic Network you would like us to display in our app's settings or about page?
3- Usage Restrictions: Given that "Azan Pro" is completely non-commercial (no monetization, no tracking), are there any restrictions on this distribution that we should keep in mind?
