For the past 1 year or so, we have been offering support alongside this community via the Mamluk Helpdesk at https://helpdesk.mamluk.net.
For many, this has been a source of confusion, and it also leads to several questions being repeated across dozens of users.
We will, therefore, be removing public access to the Mamluk Helpdesk on the first of April and will be merging the support platform with the community.
