Adhan timings differing by a few minutes

Asalaamu alaikum,
When using the AlAdhan API, the timings differ by a few minutes.
Can anyone explain why this happens?

When you use the address endpoint, geocoding happens dynamically and the co-ordinates could be different to a different service you may be checking against.

Use co-ordinates with the /timings endpoint if you know the co-ordinates.

This might be what have happened.

Using the /timings endpoint, it works really well.
