We are using your API on our website https://www.thenews.com.pk/prayer-time, but it is not working on other our websites. i.e.

https://www.thenews.pk/ and
https://ramadan.geo.tv/

We have forwarded it to our server, as per them (they have replied the following)

Please be informed that there is no blockage from the Cloudways Server end for outgoing request you would need to contact their community to whitelist the server IP. Since you insisted I have also checked with disabling the webshield as well but you can see the api is still showing no response since it is an external API and Cloudways doesn't control the security and behaviour of the API unfortunately, there isn't anything on the server we can do to assist you with fixing that as the blockage is appearing from the API end.

Please look into this issue and assist us in resolving it.

Salman_IMM 3laykum salaam Salman. The Digital Ocean IP you mentioned in the other post is on the blacklist. It will be whitelisted shortly, inshaAllah.

prayertimes This IP was in the range of IPs responsible for the attack. There are many CMPak IPs that appear to be compromised by the botnet responsible for the attack. Is it possible for you to switch IPs?
