alquran.cloud api for quran not working

Salam aleykoum the API is not working is this normal or not?

meezaan When I go to the site https://alquran.cloud/quran and I press a surah or anything it doesn't work https://alquran.cloud/surah/6 it gives me this error message {

I think I found what the problem is. I live in Belgium yesterday everything worked I just tested and with a Singapore VPN it works I think you changed something

yskyassin Yeah the problem only existed on the EU cluster. The others were fine. Belgium should be fine now, too.

Brother is not logic to block muslim countries because of this DDOS attacks.
So it means if i am located in Algeria, i wont have the API working neither for me or for my users ? Doesn't make sens. I hope it's not a long term decision. Jazzaka'Allah Kheir.

This is no decision - it's just a defense mechanism. When the attack subsides we'll remove the IPs from the blacklist.
